Hear From Our Clients

“I would like to share my experience with working with Jackie and my children. Being a parent of two children with disabilities it's often difficult to find someone that truly understand the pressure, confusion and frustration of the parent when trying to find suitable services and assistance for their child/children. When you find someone as patient, committed and dedicated to not only your children but you as a parent it's very rare. Jackie is consistent, experienced and reliable focused, kind and caring all the qualities needed to deal with children and parents of special needs children. I'm thankful that she's a part of the team working with my family and knowing she is there gives me peace because I know my children will receive the best services possible.”

Ms. Jackie is a honorable women, even on her days off she reaches out to not only make sure my girls are using the skills that they were taught to progress in a positive way but to also check to see how the rest of my family is doing and there reactions towards the girls. She shows great dedication towards her job and her love for children is the reason why she comes highly recommended.”

- Candy Bey, Parent

“My son Angel was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD in 2013. Throughout the years we met several clinicians, therapists and psychiatrists but everything changed when we met Ms. Jackie in 2017. I remember her smile when she met my son. She taught him so many things, how to use his coping skills day by day, not only at school but also at home. He still carries a notebook where he writes how he feels and he keeps track of his daily goals. She also taught me it’s ok to ask for help, it’s ok to feel tired. It was sad to let her go but she still stays in contact with us. It feels great to know she loves not only me and my son but all the children and families that she worked and works with her. She’s professional, caring, smart, great mentor, and funny. We love her and miss her every day.”

“What mother would ever think that the child she’s carried would ever need a behaviorist? You hear of individuals who need mental health services but never did I expect it to be us. After the first call from school, I was shocked to hear that my child was having more than temper-tantrums but was also destructive. These things did not happen at home which is why I was so confused. The calls kept coming and I didn’t know what to do. Finally, I was advised to seek help through an organization in my area. On one occasion we were placed with Jacqueline Baxley and she was a godsend. She was always prompt for our in-home visits and I do not recall any cancellations. Miss Baxley is true blue. Miss Baxley is professional, caring, and passionate about her work with children and families. The skills and expertise that Miss Baxley brought to the table are priceless. My child and I enjoyed the time spent and the advice and practices given. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through our difficult time. It was an absolute pleasure to have had Miss Baxley in our home. We were disappointed when it was time for her to move on, but she did accomplish her goals and ours as well. My child is now thriving in high school, no behavioral issues and has her mind set on a greater future. Thank you, Miss Baxley!”
